Care Instructions: 

To clean your mat, wipe down with a 80/20 mixture of water and vinegar or drop of dish soap. Never use chemical oil based cleaners because they will stain.  Let the yoga mat air dry completely before rolling it back up. The open cell Hot Springs mat is  so absorbent so you want to wet it minimally for maintenance cleaning. Our hot yoga mat provides great traction through a design that actively draws moisture away from the surface, which means that if you get it very wet it will take a long time for it to dry all the way through.  Your skin’s natural oils may mark or stain the open-cell surface of the mat over time. Avoid essential oils and creams while using the mat, as these may cause stains. These sorts of marks will often fade over time or after cleaning. Biodegradable in a landfill in 3 to 5 years.
