Giving back is fundamental to Russ and his family’s values, so it’s no surprise that he brings that same mission to his business.  Starting right here at his company, Russ ensures that every employee is well taken care of and feels supported.  He’s an active member of the Charlotte community, supporting schools and local charities as well as donating mats to local schools and giving blankets out to the homeless.  Extending beyond our own backyard we also donate products which are used in non-traditional ways. Foam blocks have been used to help train students how to respond to an active shooter situation, and our yoga mats have been added to wheelchairs to provide comfort to disabled children.  Blankets and mats have been donated to animal shelters.

Russ has also stretched a helping hand even farther than his local community. Since 2019, Russ has visited Costa Rica multiple times, assisting the town there by building a church and donating supplies to the children. The entire team was able to join in and had fun collecting soccer balls, coloring books, dolls and more to fill a 50 pound bag full of toys for the kids to enjoy.
